Love is in the air in Manchester as special movie experience is announced

Looking for the perfect way to celebrate Valentine's Day this year? Whether you're loved up or not, you won't want to miss a 5-day movie event special featuring six rom-com classics...

After the highly successful Magical Christmas Move Experience, Mayfield will be transformed again with a twinkling snow-kissed forest, the pop-up cinema as well as a whole host of refreshments.

Running from Wednesday 13 February through to Sunday 17 February 2019 the showstoppers being screened are Titanic, Pretty Woman, Beauty & The Beast (plus a singalong version!), The Bodyguard and Dirty Dancing. See below for the full listings.

Fans of Dirty Dancing can also look forward to an extra special treat. Live dancers will perform during each screening of the smash-hit film – bringing those incredible dance moves to life, off the screen and in front of their own eyes.

The Valentine’s Movie Experience will be packed with romance from beginning to end. Upon arrival, filmgoers will make their way through a secret doorway where they’ll be greeted by a live choir, before strolling through a twinkling snowy forest before taking their seats in the pop-up cinema. Resident crafters Underway will also be offering a free print-making workshop in the arches, where you can make and take home a custom one-off artwork!
